How it Started

How it Started

Research revealed a clear gap between traditional library education and the LibraryTech skills librarians need today. While library schools provide strong foundations, many librarians are not adequately prepared for the technological demands of modern library services. In response, we launched LibraryXAfrica an edtech program created to equip librarians with practical LibraryTech skills that support career growth, service innovation, and meaningful participation in the digital economy.
